The S2000 uses a specific oil filter not used by other Hondas. Other than being blue your oil filter does not look like the right one. Get the right oil filter too. The filter requires a specific torque and is impossible to tighten by hand so you need a filter wrench as well. Lots of guidance here.

I had a very similar leak. The TCT has an inspection cover (that top plate that says NTN on it). There is a gasket under that which I needed to replace. Didn't have to touch/replace the TCT itself. Your experience may differ but just wanted to point that out as that cover gasket seems to be a point of failure.
Also in the meantime it is worth keeping that rubber hose clean and free of any oil as it can deteriorate the rubber. Be sure to clean it up well.

as of right now it wont let me message billman. Maybe i need more “posts” but i cleaned the hose and will got to LHT for the filter wrench and filter. Hopefully i can get a billman TCT asap
