My Srs Light Is On.
Had some problems with radio fuse blowing, ended up being part of mobile phone charger fell off and was stuck in the power outlet, causing blown fuses. I initially could not determine which fuse controlled the switched ignition wire, now I know it is on the accessory socket fuse.
However, after pulling several fuses out of the fusebox to determine which one was blown (with the ignition off) my SRS light stays on. I disconnected the negative battery cable for about thirty minutes but that did not work. Any ideas?
I have an appointment with the Honda dealer tomorrow morning to have the code cleared but I was hoping there was another way. Thanks.

You may have accidently pulled a wire out while under there with the fuse box. I did that the other day, it drove me nuts for a few hours to figure out what I did to cause the SRS to go on.
Also I had a similar problem about a year ago, the car was in the garage with the dome light on for about a month. Needless to say the bat was dead.
I jumped it and still had SRS. Brought it into honda and they had to reset the system. They said that it's not uncommon for the SRS light to activate if the bat is dead for a long period of time.

I finally found my Honda guru mechanic (he lives 150 miles from me), he said that anytime the SRS circuit loses power the ECU pops the SRS light on. He said that I could reset it with a jumper if I knew what I was doing, think I'll just let the Honda dealer reset it. Don't wanna fry something else trying to save $20.
