Default NA power

I know this as been asked before but I couldn't find the answer to my question in the search function. I remember reading a thread about one owner who was doing an NA buildup on a new block and was waiting to have it broken in before going to the track and dyno. I never saw a follow up thread, and I'm wondering how that project's going, because I'm interested in going that route. I just think NA is the way the F20C should stay. I also don't like the idea of contaminating the engine's great sounds with the whine of forced induction. No offense to you FI guys (I had a Vortech '99 Si and it was great but didn't have nearly the sound the S makes, and i want to preserve it) Anyone know what happened to that guy's project?
