Can anyone give me any ideas on what to check with the following CELs:

P1361 - Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensor Intermittent Interruption
P1366 - Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensor 2 Intermittent Interruption

This has been an on-going issue with my Vortech Supercharger install. It happens intermittently, but when it does it causes my engine to die and the CELs to pop up. It happened earlier today when I let my car sit idle for 15 minutes.

Also, this may be unrelated, but if I rev my engine and let it idle the RPMs drop way below 1k like it's going to stall.

Any ideas short of taking it to get looked at?

 

The Split Second timing controller splices into both of these signal wires. You need to double check your wiring to the controller.
