Default Need help with clutch problem

About 3 days ago my car started reving realy hard and not going anywhere. When i would realease the clutch and change in to the next gear the motor would hit V-tec and rev but the clutch was not engaging. my car has 38,500 miles on it and I have not been in for my 30,000 mile service. Is this happening because my clutch is going bad or do I just need to get it adjusted.

It could be (and most likely is) your clutch but have you ever changed (flushed) your clutch fluid? There is also a minor adjustment that you can do at the pedal itself to slightly alter the "catch point" of the clutch.
