Default Need help with Honda Issues

Ok, Honda mechanic guys, I need your expertise. Long story short, my father in law has passed away a few months ago. My wife is an only child, and I need to fix a few things on my mother in laws 98 Honda Accord. I am reaching out to the community since I know some of the tech guys may have seen similar issues with customers cars that came in for service.

1998 Honda Accord Coupe

1) Door locks not working- I am thinking about replacing both actuators
Fuse is good
Seems to have power to the actuators
Only unlocks manually with the key
Driver or passenger will not unlock using the key fob or switches on the panels
Passenger side worked about a month ago and not both do not work
I can hear the actuators make noise when I press the lock switches in the car

2) Car will not start sometimes- I am thinking a bad park indicator switch under the center console- if this even exist on this car.
Starter connections have been cleaned and tightened
Automatic gear shifter can be move around, or out of park and then back and will crack most of the times if repeated
The ignition will make a clicking sound, but will not start-this is when the disco shift must take place

You have 2 bad lock actuators and the shift cable needs to be adjusted.

Thanks guys. I ordered new actuators and will replace this weekend. Do I adjust the shifter cable at the console or transmission?

The cable adjusts at the shifter. At least the console top needs to come out. You'll need a mid length 14mm socket, otherwise take the whole console out.
