Default Need help identifying cause of blacked out lights

I just switched my cluster bezel to the 04+ black one. After I got everything put back together, I noticed some of the lights on the dash radio controls and A/C controls were not working. The channel change for the radio, the mute button, and the one that says audio controls does not light up. The switch that adjusts the A/C fan speed does not light up. All the controls work, they are just not lit up.

I took everything back out and made sure it was hooked up properly. The fuse is also good. Does this sound like the lights are burnt out / busted or what?

If you got it used, and a small amount of the lights appear to work, you just may need a bunch of small bulbs.

I didnt actually replace the audio and A/C control units, just the bezel around them ( so my A/C and audio controls are silver still but the bezel around them is black .) They all worked before I took the old bezel out. Do those bulbs break pretty easily? Any ideas on where to get them?

With the new info...I wouldn't say they break that easy.

Question....is the hazard switch lit up in the center console?

Without seeing your car....check the number 23 fuse, 10A, under the dash.

Ok did some more looking around. The hazard light has power and is lit up. The fuse looks good. When I swap out the lights from the working areas to the dark areas, they work. But then the area that receieve the other light doesnt work. Sound like bad bulbs??
