you are gonna wanna check a few things before concluding its the regulator.

1: Make sure the control panel on the driver side does not have the passenger window switched off.
2: If you have a soft top, check to see if the soft top is working. There is a regulator box under the passenger side dash.
The passenger side window power passes through this box. If its broken, then the window wont work.

Mine was broken for the longest time, didn't want to spend $150 to fix it...

Then one day I saw a deal at $90 on eBay, had to do it!

Did you already rule out all the other things on RH's list?

For 1 above, with this switch off, the passenger side window is totally dead. Even the drivers side switch for passenger doesn't work. This is opposite how most cars work. So it would be easy to erroneously rule out the switch position, since if neither sides window switch works for passenger window, it makes it seem like it couldn't be the window disable switch position.

It could be as simple as flipping a switch to solve your problem.

Thanks! I have checked with my mechanic and it is the regulator. It was broken in few pieces, my window just went down with some cracking sound.
