Default need help please, got a loud decel noise

Hi there hopefully some one might of had this problem and be able to help as i want to get it sorted as soon as i can. I get a loud noise when deacelerating between about 3.5k-2k. I have read up on the "clutch buzz" and it is like that but its quite loud and now sometimes i really struggle to get the car in to gear from stand still but then it drives fine through all the gears. Could this be because of the clutch? To be honest i dropped the car in to 2nd instead of 4th at about 70mph a while ago and the noise seems to of got louder since then but that could just be in my head. I did have it checked out and they said the gearbox is ok could just be the bad clutchs on the pre 2002 ones. Any help would be very much appreciated
thanks danny.

Do you think its a possible you over-rev'd when you did the drop from 4th to 2nd?

70mph is about 30mph more than where 2nd gear redlines.
Get your valve retainers and valves checked ASAP.

Usually decel buzz, along with gear drag, means a broken disc. Note the metal piece sticking out of the disc...

That would mean its hits the rev limiter at 40 mph in 2nd lol, mine doesnt hit the limiter in 2nd until 67mph so in theory it only went about 3mph over the limiter and i dipped the clutch right away. I have probably done 2000 miles since that happened and the engine has been fine i had also had it checked out. Im just worried it might of done something too the gearbox. Do you think it is worth changing the whole clutch then?
Thanks for the replys

Thanks billman, do you think it could just mean a new clutch then or might it of done some damage elsewhere in the gearbox? thanks

Clutch fluid change and freeplay adjustment MIGHT help the shifting.

A new Honda OEM disc will likely fix the decel buzz.
