Default Need help with "power surge" problem, please help!

Hey everyone, I'm a new owner of a 2004 with an Inline Pro turbo kit with an AEM stand alone EMS. Supposedly the car was tuned for 19 PSI.

I recently had a misfiring issue in high RPMs. It felt like the car was hitting a rev limiter at around 6 or 7k. I pulled the plugs and one of them was gapped at over .50

I re-gapped all the plugs to about .30

This seems to have fixed the misfring but now there is another issue when I am WOT. It happens in the upper RPMs. The car will almost cut power completely for a split second, then surge back and keep going. Any ideas on what this could be? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
