Default Need to replace front studs

Hi all,

I crossthreaded a lug and would like to replace all my front studs. I know the bearing has to be replaced, but will the hub need to be replaced? that's another $200 for the hubs if so.

From reading, people are saying the hubs can be damaged from bad bearings, but if my bearings are fine, I should be able to reuse my hubs and just replace the studs, correct?

Thank you!

Billman, is is possible that the hub can be spinning inside a locked bearing? This happened to me on a fwd car and I needed to replace the hub.
