Default Needs to change amber bulb...

The passenger side (U.S. left hand drive s2000) front headlamp has had the top amber bulb go out. Not the blinker or the xenon bulb, but that third position indicator (that's what we call them in aircraft). I have no clue how to get in there to change it out? Do we go through the wheel well? Or do we go through the hood? Seams like an easy job but I don't want to tear my car apart if i can't get it back together again. Thanks for the help in advance!

Wheel well, pop the clips out and turn the wheel to reach it. Its a pain in the butt.
