Hye guys, i'll jsut take a second to introduce myself, i've been a wanderer on this fourm since my dad got his s2k last year, and i've finally convinced him to start to mod it. He's been looking to get Neuspeed exhaust for a while and i think we are finally gonna get it for him for x-mas, I was wondering if all the fitment issues were resolved with the second version of the exhaust and if there are still some issues what are they? also I see that import developmet is where alot of people have gotten this exhaust do they still have the best price? thanx alot guys i appreciate the help in advance.

 

no fitment issues. but do note, the change in the exhaust tip. it shouldnt' be a problem getting it to you soon, however... if you want it delivered to someplace other than home, just let me know. it will be difficult to hide an exhaust like that. but then again, it would be really cool to unwrap that size of a package from under the tree. =)

 

I have the Neuspeed (bought from Schatten) and LOVE it. EASY to install, direct bolt on, sounds great, and I have had no problems with the tips burning the plastic. Great choice! Tell dad to get a CAI next!

 

thanx alot guys, i'll be ordering it in the next few days...hopefully we can hide it from him, cause it would be a massive suprise to open something like that up... yeah i'm still workin on the cai and the apxi fuel controller, maybe sometime this year. thanx alot again guys schatten, u can look foward to hearing from me very soon, are u open tommorow?

 

just a FYI, the apexi might be harder sell on dear ol' dad. It voids the warrenty. Definitly buy from board sponsors...Import Development is an established sponsor. Schatten has great prices! Needs to get MOMO though..(hint/hint)

 

ahh yeah, voiding the warrenty might not be such a good idea... hmm, i'll have to have a little talk w/ him about that
