Default The Never Ending Search for Midrange Power

Hello all you wonderful owners and enthusiast ,

In the never-ending quest for midrange power, I thought we could compile a list of all the dyno-proven midrange producers! We all know that when VTEC hits it is a rush like no other NA car, but many want more torque down low! so here we go!
A couple of criteria- any parts- internals, bolt-ons or whatever.
plz list places purchased or where it is available and how much
If you have third party dynosheets post 'em and any relevant proof
Stories are good too.

Thanks in advance,
G

To get the obvious out of the way- speedcraft turbo kit- base $6200. 300-330rwhp lots a torque available at 3500rpms

N-eways happy posting!!!

V-AFC
Mugen header
CAI?

Also, my butt-dyno says the Hondata intake gasket prevents *loss* of midrange power in hot conditions.

Would you see any benifits with Toda cams on a turbo? Just wondered.

I believe cjb80 is using a custom ground cam with "close to Toda specs" so I am sure it would help out a lot. But it would be close because you do not want too much valve overlap on a forced induction motor. The boost just gets pushed right out of the combustion chamber because the valve is open longer than before!!!
