Mugen Header+OEM heatshield
#2
it's designed to fit with the heatsheild.
make sure you get your car tuned if you're installing this header. you'll be running lean in some spots and you'll stop making power around 7600rpm and in fact lose some hp until you compensate for this by dumping more fuel in up top.
things to consider.
expect 6-8 hp and tq throughout the low to mid powerband and the same power up top w/a slight ( 4hp or so ) decrease in peak power. this is after it's been properly tuned.

most headers are different. toda is more of a top end power header. you won't lose any power just installing it though, but you won't see all gains w/out proper tuning either.
low and mid range power will be less, top end will be more. the n/a section has an official header thread in there w/lots of pages and info about every header you can imagine, and ap1 vs. ap2 discussion as well.
