New Clutch
I did the ap2 trans swap in my 02 last night. We ended up putting my oem disc back in since it looked brand new after 20k miles lol. I did put a new ACT 8lb flywheel in and I have a new oem disc but the old one looked great so I replaced the TOB and sent it.
Safe to say the cost of the kit I bought (at just under $500), has gone up a little.
FCC OEM Honda Clutch Kit.

FCC OEM Honda Clutch Kit.
I contacted the seller and asked if/when he would be getting that legit "FCC OEM... kit" again, that he used to sell for $480-520. Here's his response:
"Hi,
The manufacturer (FCC) had a problem producing these last year because one of their component manufacturer that makes a critical part for this pressure plate had burned down. That is why Honda Motors was out also as FCC makes these pressure plates for them. I have heard that they just started limited manufacturing of the pressure plate in Japan, with the initial batch going to Honda. I have 50 of them on order, but have not received a confirmed arrival time in the USA yet. It may be a bit still.
I have the same kit listed with a ACT (Advanced Clutch Technology) pressure plate (all other components are the same as the FCC OEM kit). We just received

This ACT/OEM disc set was to go to combination on many of the S2000 forums.
Unfortunately when we do get them, we're probably not going to be able to price then below $550.00, prices seem to be going up because of many reasons (supply chain, transportation, inflation).
Thanks for reaching out!"
So, I guess, we wont see that same, legit "FCC OEM Kit" for a while. Even then, it won't be $480-520 anymore.
Fortunately, the same seller still sells the friction-disk and TO bearing for a very good price and well below Majestic. Just no pressure-plates in stock tho.
But, there are a few sellers from Japan selling pressure-plates for a reasonable cost and also well below Majestic.
I may just go this route... buy all of it separately. Shipping from Japan is actually quite fast. I bought a piece of musical gear just last month (relatively big/heavy box, over 25" wide), during the holiday-rush even, and it got to me in 2-3 days from Tokyo.
Others might find this interesting...

UGH!! I figured some supply was drying up. As OEM kit prices have gone way up, over the last few months. I'm not sure if you have an original pressure plate in your car. You may be able to reuse it, after inspection. My thought was finding a good mechanic and the labor involved was a big part of this fix. I had him replace all the parts. Except the flywheel, which he said was fine --- didn't need resurfacing.
The clutch disc from the kit is definitely Honda OEM. That seems to be the most important part of the fix. You may get away with a new ACT pressure plate.
I buy old LPs from Japan (mostly Tokyo area). They get to my house faster than many I buy from US dealers.

The ACT pressure plate is like an OEM+ replacement, my clutch pedal honestly feels softer than an old and dried up full OEM setup.
If you do the clutch interlock bypass to be able to start the car without clutch engaged, there are no real downsides.

I was actually considering buying/using a used genuine fcc PP, since they're so cheap used. That would save a considerable amount of money; as that's the most expensive part. And then just use all brand-new parts for the rest (TO, pilot bearing, friction disk, guide, seal, etc.).
But, idk if that would be advisable... after all that labor cost.
