Jet or other HPC. The coating on the inside...keeps the heat inside the pipe where it needs to be, and the outside coating looks purty.

you really don't need this for just a header, if it was a manifold for a turbo car i would say coat it but for just a header i wouldnt worry

Not only does it keep under hood temps down, it keeps the header from rusting and is supposed to help with exhaust gas scavenging making for better flow.

I would coat it if I had to choose, but I just vented my hood instead.
