Well, after a bit of q&a the other forumites helped identify the last sound... now I have a new one....

Difficult to describe, try imagine an electical winding sound, it isn't to loud, and increases in 'speed' with the revs, but doesn't get louder.

P.S. The radio is off.

 

It could still be electrical interference coming throughthe speakers, even with the radio off - do you have a stock sound system?

 

stock head unit... but connected to a amp under the seat... I dont think its the speakers because they only get powered through the amp when the head unit is on...

 

I'd un-ground your amp and see if it goes away.. is your power wire running close to your ECU? (drivers kick panel)

 

try changing your diff fluid with 90w.

 

Definetly not the radio.... I disconnected the power to the amp.

Hope its not the diff...

Remember those old wind up phones you got way back when? It sounds a bit like that...
