This is what I plan to do any comments?

DC Sports S2000 Stainless Header, 4-2-1, one piece
HKS Hi-Power Exhaust for S2000
Speed Big bore Throttle Body
KNN Air charger
and APexi VAFC

...I haven't really decided on what rims to get...but definately 17's cause of the road condition in PA......any suggestions?

If you do a search for those items, you'll find alot of info. Some people have found that you can use the VAFC to find some extra power by tuning it on a dyno, but you won't get much from the other mods. Some people actually lose power when they "upgrade" their intakes and / or exhaust. The S is pretty tweaked already, so if you want more power, you'll have to go with a turbo or supercharger.

What gernby said PLUS, to add insult to injury, some have even reported the tuning of the VAFC to be a living nightmare.
