Default Noise i never heard before

Hey guys I have an 06 with 30278 miles on her. i had the 30000 miles service and oil change done about 2 weeks ago....and the car was running great after i got her back but tonight on the way home from work (24 mile trip) i took the her up to about 100 but i didnt floor the car. I took it up slowly and didnt go pass 7000rpms but when i got off the highway i hit a light. when the light turned green and i hit the gas and i start to hear a nosie coming from the motor bay. it only happen when i use the gas if im stop or let off the car sounds fine...but when i give it gas it sounds like some loose or a chains moving...? The dealer told me when i got the car back i may need to do a value job but i don't thing thats it... What do you guys think?

Actually, a TCT going bad will sound bad at idle moreso than under acceleration.

i think its kinda suspicious that the dealer said you might need a valve job after thier service. normally i would expect them to try and get you to pay them for the valve job. definetly take it back to them and have them check it out while you watch them like a hawk. what all did they do for the 30k mile service?

*edit*

I would also suggest, if you have the means, that you dont "drive it to the shop, but have them either pay for a tow or provide other means to get it there. If it is something in the bottom end, you dont want to cause more damage by driving it.
