Noise when braking

Noise when braking
I recently installed a set of Master Grade drilled and slotted rotors on my S2K. I kept my stock pads since I only have 15K miles on the car. Now am hearing a slight noise everytime I brake, like pads against the rotors. Is this normal? I've never had drilled nor slotted rotors before.
