I dont know if a chassis could flex that make loud tick noises or something but i notice when i back my car up it makes a few ticks, and then i go forward again and it ticks some more...then i slow down and it ticks a couple times more (this is a routine i do everytime i get out of the parking spot at work) But anyways i notice that it only does it about those three times and then after that i dont hear anything else.....i have no clue what it is. Just wondering if anybody hear noises like this when you back up the car or go forward when you just start to drive it (cold engine). OH yeah it sounds like cracking a knuckle but just way louder.

 

It happens to me once when I back out of the garage. It sounds like the pads sticking to the rotors. It's been posted here many times and It is pretty normal.
