Does the noise go away within a minute to 2 or 3 minutes? If so, it might simply be the secondary air injection pump located behind the driver's side fake air duct. Next time you start the car, go put your head near the front bumper area and have a listen. It's part of the emissions control system and the colder the temps outside (I'm talking about way below freezing), the louder it can get.

It's the Air pump running. It will only run on cold start, and it's normal.

The air pump adds extra oxygen to the exhaust to get the Catalytic convertor up to temp.

I think it's the AIR pump.

My car doesn't do it. I've never started it below 32-35 degree's (F) though.

Depending upon the temp of the air and the coolant, the air pump can stay on for a few seconds to a few minutes. If you have a loud exhaust or have your stereo on loud, you won't hear it.
