Non genuine subframe bolts

Yeah unfortunately I think you have to wait, depending which ones they are pretty specific bolts, the front one even has two threaded sections to it.

Which ones were busted the rears by the wheel well?

To add, they aren't all the same. There are different lengths and even diameters iirc. Making alternative sourcing even more daunting.

Maybe find used bolts from a wrecked car as temp solution until new parts arrive? Small enough that lomg distance shipping shouldn't beak the bank.

Is it already apart? If not, leave it intact until all parts in hand. Obviously, use antiseize on the threads so this never happens again.

Good news is you found your issue, and now your alignment (geo) will stay intact once your subframe isn't shifting around at will.

Did you contact https://www.hendyeshop.co.uk/ to get a better ETA?

If you are installing Spoon rigid collars, I would suggest you apply a thin layer of anti seize on all bolt threads and both sides of the collars. Install the bolts with hand tools to reduce the chance of galling. An alignment is needed after you install the collars.
