Default Not starting after spark plug replacement

I've had a CEL for a little while now with code P0131 (O2 Sensor Circuit Low Volts(Bank 1 Sensor 1)) but the car drove fine and I haven't had the time to look into it. The other day I started it up after not being driven for 2 or 3 days and it was running very rough, some kind of burning smell, I drove it down the block and the CEL started flashing. It came up with these codes P0131, P0171 (System too lean Bank 1), P0301(Cyl 1 Misfire detected), P1399(Manufactures control Ignition system OR Misfire).

So to start I've never changed the plugs and I've had the car for 3 years now (60k mi) so I figured I'd do that. One of the hex bolts on the ignition cover was stripped so I drilled it out and chiseled it out, no damage to the head, threads or cables. Changed the spark plugs to the NGK Laser Platinums checked the gaps to be 1.0-1.1 mm, finished the job and now the car doesn't even start start, it sounds like it is hesitating when it tries to start, like sputtering.

At this point I am not sure what approach to take next and would like to try all I can before having to get it towed to a mechanic or dealer. Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or if anyone has any recommendations of things I can try. Thanks.

EDIT: Only mods are ingen cold air intake and DC sport header and have been on the car since I got it ~3 years.

Check the ground wire on the back of the head. The one that goes to the firewall. If it isnt connected, it wont run. Good luck!!

Double check all of your electrical connections. Are the plug wires on the right plugs? The firing order is crucial to the engine running properly. Clear all of your codes, and try to start the car. If you get any new codes, post them here. Once the car is running again, we can help you figure out what's causing all the other codes. This could be a fuel delivery issue, a spark issue, even a timing problem. All of your codes were related to misfires.

Vivid...not even close

The plug wires you refer to are coil pack harnesses and cannot be put on the wrong cylinders as they are hard wired in sequence.

Any stored codes will not give you a no-start issue.

Getting rid of that front o2 sensor code is your first step. Sounds like you need a new one.

Thanks for the replies so far. I did the plugs one at a time, so I reconnected them in order making sure they were on the correct cylinder. I will check this stuff tomorrow and post if any success.

Since we're on the topic, could you provide a price for some really high performance "plug wires" for my S2000? If you've got 'em in bright blue, even better. And while you're at it, can you look up the price for a good set of points and condenser that'll make the S really go good?
