NSX brakes compatible?
I tried a search, but to no avail. Anyway, I remember i heard a while ago about NSX brakes on an S2K. Do they fit?? what mods would need to be done for it to work? Has anyone done this before? any help is appreciated. Thanks
The NSX front calipers are the same as the Acura Legend front calipers. IMO it is best to leave the s2k calipers on the car, our brakes are so well balanced I dont see the need to change them at all.
yeah, i know the NSX and Legend are the same. just curious cause my friend knows someone selling a set of front NSX calipers for a good price, but i need to know if they fit and what modifications would need to be done. thanks
interesting, didnt know the legend had the same
i was thinking about this too about interchangeable calipers. i remember they used cayenne brakes for the HPA r32
i wonder if the honda pilot fits the s2k and offer better braking since it's made for a heavier car.

The NSX and legend brakes aren't the same. The are the same size and mount to the car the same way, but the piston sizes are both different. The NSX pistons are slightly smaller.
This is a popular upgrade for the prelude. I will check for you. A friend has a set of NSX brakes. I'll see if they line up.

I am pretty sure they won't fit. Here's my reasoning. ITR's upgrade to the NSX calipers using the Legend GS rotors with no other modifications. Mugen came out with an upgrade kit for the ITR that uses the S2000 caliper, but they had to change the mounting points to fit the ITR. So, I don't think they will fit.
