Default O2 sensor bung on Amuse R1000

Since the Amuse R1000 is a header-back exhaust, does anyone know if it has a bung for a secondary O2 sensor?

Would you want it to have a bung? My secondary O2 is just tie wrapped to the transmission.

I thought that even with the o2 Sim, the o2 sensor needed to be in the exhaust stream, so the numbers make sense to the ECU (in other words, they would just be "pretty-fied" versions of the real emissions value). Does the o2 Sim just send a pre-set value all of the time? I guess I don't understand how o2 sims work.

The ECG simulator creates a fake O2 signal to spoof the ECU. It reads a couple of the ECU inputs as well (TPS, MAP, etc.), so that it can create a realistic signal. The only reason why you need to keep the O2 wired up is to load the ECU's heater circuit.

Gotcha. Good to know.

Thanks for the info... and with that, I don't need to know if the R1000 has an o2 bung (which I doubt it did anyway).
