i was isntalling my exhaust on my my00 and the 1st o2 sensor is in the header but the threads on the 2nd one are messed up and it just keeps popping out.

i was wondering if their compatable from any other hondas out there. cause i'd rather rip one from a junkyard and if the clips dont match just soder the wires together than to buy a new one.

 

post up in the wtb forums there are lots of used ones available for cheap, I just found one for my car, or search the for sale forums. All year s2000's will work. Not sure about other Hondas.

 

O2 sensors are expensive if bought from the dealer. i got 2 used for $50 bucks each on the For Sale threads. i think the sensors are different for model years tho.

 

You gonna get them with different clips, chances are, the heaters will have wrong resistance, and the ECU will keep showing CEL for bad heaters in these things. Go with the one specifically designed for our car.
