Default O2 simulator, still CEL

my car is 02, stock

I got an O2 simulator from ebay, connected it to ECU

and cut the wire of the O2, connected it to 13ohms 10watt resistor.
It still throw me a CEL after 10-30miles run or 5-20mins.
I reset it and run it, CEL return in 10-30miles, couple times.

CEL P0138
O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage

I tired 12ohms 10watt, and also 15 ohms 10watt. They dont work as well

Did I connect the wrong wire??
I connected the resistor to two black wires.
The other two wire should be white and blue.
My O2 sensor head already broke, but I dont think it does matter

I'm not sure why you did all of that when you could of just purchased CEL fix. Sounds like you legit messed something up.

the newer honda o2 sensor is very sensitive toward slicing and soldering, very often you'll mess them up by redoing the wires, i toasted mine and there's no check fix

because i got a broken cat, and broken O2.

I dont want to spend money on a new O2/cat
if I plan to use testpipe later, the electronic O2 simulator will not give you any problem.

The resistor only fools the heater element DTC's. Your high voltage DTC is from the sensor output from the simulator, not the heater part of the 02 sensor.

The e-bay simulator doesn't work for your car.

Buy an new OEM sensor and a catalytic convertor or a test pipe with the "CEL fix".

You have to have a functioning 02 sensor for the test pipe 02 fix to work correctly.
