Are you sure it's vibration? I have a weird whistle that comes from under the hood when I give it more gas and goes away when the car makes up for the difference in throttle pressed and speed I am at.

In short if I am in 3rd gear at let's say 20% throttle and I press gas to 30% I would hear a whistle then once the car reaches the speed it should be at 30% throttle the whistle goes away. Is that something happening with you or is it something different?

^Could it be the intake thats whistling? Forgot if the OEM intake whistled or not, but I know most aftermarket intakes have the whistle at the lower rpm's
