I'm getting a little bit of this too, it's pretty obnoxious. I can only hear it at a certain RPM range also. It's not the TCT either because I just put in a sandblasted one.

i had the same thing just try cleaning out the throttle body a little, its carbon build up... i had the same thing the noise stopped after i cleaned it. just make sure not to leave too much reisdue in the intake or it will trigger a check engine light... dosent hurt to try somthing free and simple...
