From my understanding, the OEM spoiler will not cover the forward holes left by an AP2 wing. Has anyone installed an AP1 spoiler on a trunk lid that once had the wing on it? I'm trying to see how close the spoiler comes to covering the forward holes (one on each side). I'm almost positive that a Mugen SS wing will cover these holes, and I'm not crazy about putting finding another AP2 wing to put back on.

Any help would be great!

 

The OEM AP2 deck wing mounting holes are the same outer holes used by the OEM AP1 deck spoiler.
The AP1 deck spoiler will cover and use the same mounting holes as the AP2 wing along with 2 center holes.
When I switched from the AP1 deck spoiler to the AP2 wing on my 2002 S I was lucky because I never drilled the center holes for the spoiler I just drilled the outside holes at each corner of the deck lid, the same holes used by the AP2 wing.
