so ap1 burns a lot more oil then ap2?
and where u sow this info :
"Honda specifies that a quart of oil burned per 1000 miles is acceptable."
it was on the net or someone on inside the honda dealer told u?

Never add any. Check it regularly. Change with synthetic every 5K miles.
