Default Oil Leak on Rear Diff Mount?

I noticed an oil leak on the driver side rear of the car. I took a look and this is what I saw.

It appears to part #3 from this picture.

I was wondering if anyone knows of this issue and if the oil is coming from the mount as it appears? Is there actually oil in these mounts?

Or could it be a leak from the diff somehow? I looked at the main diff body and it was clean of any leaks. The drain and fill bolts show no signs of leakage.

The mount is oil filled and needs to be replaced now. This is becomming more common as S2000s age.
