Does anyone think that the Greddy block adapter restricts oil flow to the oil filter?

I don't think so. When I decided to put the oil temp sender through the port on the thin part of the adapter (there are three ports -- I wanted the tip of the sender in the flow, rather than recessed [and being affected by the temp of the adapter]), I was worried about that.

Eyeballing it at the time, the area provided by the adapter looked greater than that provided by the [numerous holes in the] oil filter itself.

The Greddy block is has larger ports than the filter and the stock oil cooler. It's not a restriction.

The autometer sending unit uses 1/8 npt (pipe thread). I believe the stock sender also uses 1/8 npt. I'm not sure what Xviper's combination uses.
From his picture it appears to be:
1/8npt female to -4AN male adapter X2
-4AN hose
1/8 npt T fitting
1/8 npt union
The Greddy adapter is easier to install and has been trouble free on my car for 6k. The gauge sender is supported easily by the adapter and you can still add a oil temp gauge or oil cooler later.

It's been quite a while since I installed my senders so I'm sorry but I don't remember the exact specs on all those fittings.
The Greddy oil filter adaptor unit looks like a nice set-up if you are also planning to do the oil temp gauge as well. If you are using the stock sender location, then use a braided steel hose to remotely mount the sender so the weight of the sender will not vibrate and cause some issues sometime down the road.

My set-up has been working extremely well. Got that sucker away from the block. Vibration is nil.
