simply put, we soidered all the wires back to stock and bought a harness

yes yes, we know we bitched out... but hey atleast the car is running, tuned by UL, and a blast to drive

Everytime someone asks I say 'Use a harness!'. It's way too easy to get things wrong when you are lying upside down in the foot well of your car with sidecutters and a soldering iron and blood rushing to your head.

With the harness you can work at a bench with diagrams, good light and the right tools. You don't mess up your cars loom and you get it right first time. And if you don't, you pull it, check and reinstall.

Sure a harness is $140, but what price aggravation, bad running, and messing up the loom.


That's an E-manage P'n'P harness BTW.

no my dash was clear and the car was warm just literally died at 7 grand , didnt mean that to sound bad like it did by the way
