One question about blow-by gas
The blow by gas comes out of engine cam cover and goes into the intake manifolds. right?
I was wondering..that it only blows out of the engine or does it suck in some air too?

Under most circumstances, the PCV and front breather will "outgas". However, the PCV, by nature of its construction will only outgas and not suck in (unless the valve is malfunctioning) and the front breather will suck in when the manifold is under vacuum (for example, like during deceleration with the throttle closed).

The PCV is at the back and has that little valve going into the valve cover and into the intake manifold at the other end. The front breather is well .............. in the front of the valve cover and runs into the intake hose.

RR, this is also my understanding. These gases that get by the rings pressurizes the crankcase atmosphere and in the process, mixes with oil vapours that are present, travels up via passages to the valve cover and out the PCV, then back into the combustion chamber for "recycling".
