Well im going to wait until monday because the mechanic that is diagnosing my old diff has the bolts.....

Anyway So far i have everything ready for when i do get them. The ball joint came apart easy with some wd40 and a hammer. I had a fork but didnt want to ruin the rubber boot.

Is there a torque spec on the nut holding the lower ball joint (the one with the cotter pin)?
Lower rear control arm castle nut: 51-58 ft.lbs

Ok another problem, I'm missing three nuts and bolts. Where would i buy the bolts that connect the output shaft to the half shafts? There is a number 10 on the bolt.

Dealer would be the only way to go. The #10 is a reference to the bolt strength, which is quite high.

Ok i almost have everything back together. Currently im trying to tighten the bolts that connect the housing to the mounts. The two closest to the output shafts went in fine but the two closest to the prop shaft i can get within a inch of being in but then they get extremely tight. Is this supposed to happen? The are all the same right?

On a side note, why is the prop shaft not called drive shaft?

because the drive shafts are actually the shafts that turn the rear wheels.
