P0135 & P0113
Hi All.
I am new to this forum, if I am posting in the wrong section, I do apologise.
I have always loved a S2000, and always wanted one but could never get my hands on a decent one till now.
I purchased 2008 with 18000km.(+- 11500 miles)
I have since put on another 3500km. now doing just under 22000km.
The other day, (I was driving about 60km/h - outside temp about 15 degrees celcius) the check engine light came on, so I parked the car off for about 3 days, in order to get some prices on pulling the code.
So the day I decided take it to the local dealership to pull the code, the light doesn't come on. I take it in anyways, and the codes that were pulled was p0113 and p0135.
The dealership tells me that it isn't a common code, and relates to the sensors before and after the Cat, and they cleared the error, saying I must monitor.
It's been a week now, and no CEL.
My question is to anyone that can help with this? Should I be worried? Is there a quick fix for this? what is a decent code reader, or should I get the Hondata stuff (don't know too much about this)
Thanks.

Welcome aboard and this is the correct forum. PO113 specifically is " intake air temp high input". PO135 is "Oxygen sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor1)". And your dealer is correct they are odd codes. Review your owners manual and make sure you are using fuel defined in the manual. The only time I have seen the first code is when the fuel used was high in MTBE (synthetics). As to pulling codes many auto part stores will pull them for free in hopes you will buy your spare parts there. The codes are stored in OBD-II (on board diagnostic version 2). Call your local store and ask if they have a "scan tool for OBD-II".
