Secondary air etc blah blah blah, we all know the code.
however, mine is not a screwed up hose. I pop my hood to find that the red wire running to the clip on the little module actually disconnected and frayed off. Obviously i need to replace this, but I have not looked into what this all entails.
has anyone had to replace that clip and its wiring before?

the connector itself (the plastic piece) is fine. just a wire broke off.
however, it's not really something i can splice back together as the wiring broke off right at the base where it goes into the connector.
i suppose if i got a new connector with wiring, i could cut the wiring on the new one and splice it in with the exisiting/old wires.

Yout either need to find another wiring harness with the right connector (common on honda's for the last 15 years) and splice it in, or find tech that knows how to de-pin a connector shell and recrimp the pins back in the wire.
Option 1 is the easiest.
