Default P1129 code CEL

Ok so i just did a whole head job on my head fixed valve guides grinded valves reseated valves i mean whole 9 yards. The car runs perfectly well the 1st time i install it then it started hesitating to accelerate kinda like when ur cylinder is leaking compression and valves are messed up. I know this because thats the reason why i redid the head. I check it then ignition coil 2 is sticking out a bit. So i fix it then it runs fine again i drive it to missouri (1 hr away) then back perfectly fine then it starts hesitating again! It goes on and off like that it even kicks into vtec when its running good. It also dies on me while idling when it hesitates but when it runs well it stats where its supposed to idle
Anyways!!!

Its throwing a CEL code p1129 ive been researching and people been saying its the MAP sensor. I take it out spray carburetor cleaner in there and where the map sensor sits in. Then it starts hesitating again! Then it starts running well when i rev it high! Vtec kicked in perfectly well strong as a new motor.
Should i just replace the map sensor or anyone else have any other related issues that might fix it.

Is there anybody near you who would let you switch map sensors for a bit? Be an easy way to figure out if that's the problem or not.

you're probably having a vacuum leak somewhere. Do this, while the car is running unplug the map sensor. If there is any change OR if the car dies, then the map sensor is working fine. If nothing changes then the map sensor is the problem.

would a knock sensor cause the car to run good then all of a sudden run bad out of no where and repeat every now and then? I broke my knock sensor off i dont know how if I kept the manifold off when I took the head off so I didn't pull on any wires or maybe I just didn't notice. Sometimes if I rev the car up at nuetral it'll go back to normal
