Default Parking Lights / Dash Lights

My parking lights and dash lights are not working. I've checked all fuses and they are good. I do not know if the relay could possibly be a problem, how would I know if the relay is good or bad? Where is the relay located that controls these lights?

I had a car alarm and a custom sound system put in so I thought it might of been one of those that caused the issue... then I realized that when I click my alarm on or off my parking lights flash... therefore the problem is coming from "after" the alarm.

Any tips or ideas as to how to problem solve this?

I've ran out of ideas!

Sounds like the alarm guys screwed up, and wired the lights to only work through the alarm.

God I sure hope not! I wouldn't even know where to start!! The running lights worked AFTER the alarm was installed therefore it leads me to believe that it wouldn't be associated with the alarm at all.

This is more frustrating than dropping my new engine in... wow.

Can I use a voltage meter of some sort to figure out where the issue is coming from?
