Default Part number needed

I need the part number for the lower anchor bolt shown below. Does anyone know where or how I can look this up? I've tried http://www.thehondapartsstore.com and a few other online sites without any luck. The local dealers in my area are not very helpful without the part number.

You may be able to pick this up at any hardware store. The 7/16-20 is a fine thread bolt. A typical 7/16 is 11 threads per inch (coarse). Hope this helps.

I think it's 90142-S04-004

It looks like all the bolts (retractor, upper anchor, and lower anchor) are the same, except for the retractor mounting screw (#5 in the link).

You might be right. It said BOLT-WASHER (7/16"X28) does this mean bolt + washer or it just the washer for the bolt?

hisownhero, thanks for the info. I'll swing by Home Depot on the way home and look it up.

Bummer! The parts finally arrived, but it's not it. It's about 1/2 an inch too short.

It looks like Home Depot is calling me.
