Partial Throttle Hesitation

Partial Throttle Hesitation
Car... 2007 with 45,000 miles.
Problem: I'm having partial throttle hesitation. In any gear if the throttle is slightly pressed the car is jerking / hesitating. It drives excellent WOT and throws no codes. 3/4 throttle is great too. Just partial throttle.
Map Whack did nothing and it's not bad gas as I've been through a few tanks. I have not checked the plugs and my intake filter is pretty clean.
Without having to go to a Mechanic (Car is too low and they always scrape it up), what are the first things to check? Anyone with knowledge on this one so I can take care of it.
Mods: Exhaust, Testpipe/cel fix, Intake
It's not heatsoak either... Any direction of what to tackle first? Thanks!
