Default passenger camber bolt stripped

Soon after I first bought my 04 s2000, I had to get the rear tires replaced/4 wheel alignment. Upon getting it, the shop said the camber bolt was stuck/stripped. They managed to get it to move to within factory alignment specs however. I got another alignment when I got new wheels/tires,etc and had it at another shop and they said the same thing that the bolt was fairly stuck and such. I have looked at the bolt my self and it looks like it could be replaced. Whats the best way of getting it replaced? Im not sure if its a common issue but someone I know who has an s2000 has the same issue on the front passenger side as well like me.

apply a penetrant like pb blaster and maybe hit it with a torch to get it to loosen up...after doing countless alignments on my car, i can tell you that that will more than likely get it to move

could b seized and the only way both shops were getting it to move was from the flex/tear of the bushing.
