Default Pic REQ...

i need a picture of someones clutch pedal... well the rod behind the pedal! I've been having a sticky clutch pedal so i decided to crawl under the dash last night and look around! what i found was a ton of black grease on the rod thats connected to the pedal... is this normal???

Means your master cylinder is gone, check the clutch fluid resivoir, I bet its BLACK. Replacing them is cake, so dont let the dealer scam for 200+ for labor.

ditto... if the seal on your clutch master cylinder is out, the fluid will travel down the rod towards the pedal. If you pull back your carpet along the iinside firewall, you will probably see more dripping down also.

you will need flare nut wrenches or you run a huge rist of rounding off the fittings on accidents.

these wrenches are like 35 for a full set

i think most people just clean out the reservoir, bleed the clutch and call it a day
