Sandpaper or sandblasting is a horrible idea. There is no effective way to keep the sand out of the crankcase.

You must do an oil change immediately after pouring ATF since ATF does burn easily. You also have to change the plugs because they will foul.

The Honda dealer sell it where I live. Try them, if not I think most Napas' have it. (BG44)

honda also sell a version of those cleaner called top engine cleaner(or engine top cleaner)

it's very very strong stuff but it's perfectly safe for our car.

5 dollar a bottlel.
