Piston and Conrod dimensions?
Hi people,
I was wondering if i could get the following information. I am in the process of getting customs pistons and conrods from cosworth racing in the uk.
Could someone post the OEM piston/conrod dimension. Or if someone has dimensions of their custom pistons/conrods they can post their dimension here to share.
Cosworth racing requres a fair amount of details before the production of the custom conrods and pistons, so i need a starting point.
I haven't taken apart my engine yet, so that's why i'm requesting information here on the forum.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Search is your friend (at least sometimes, when it feels like cooperating....)

"Actually it's:
PCX (2.0L) 153.00mm
PZX (2.2L) 149.65mm
center to center"
For pistons there are too many dimensions/shapes that matter. They are probably going to need a piston in hand.

I have used pistons and rods. I could send them one piston and one rod if you would like.
If you're increasing the compression ratio and running a very high lift camshaft they may need a mold of your combustion chamber and the "Cam Doctor" data from the camshaft.
