Hey,

I was trying to get my door to close better, but I accidentally moved the latch or switch part downwards. It is now stuck there and the door will not close.


Does anyone know how to make it go back up in its original postion?

Lift or pull handle and flip latch back to the open position.

 

I tried that, it wont move back up...

EDIT: I am an idiot, it was in the locked position, unlocked it, and your solution worked. thank you. I was freaking out.

 

Oh that feeling of blind panic - "what have I done?", followed by the relief of the easy fix, followed by the face scrunching groan of "Doh!".
