Well I went ahead and proceed to bleed my new CMC and turned out my slave cylinder is also bad. The entire boot was filled with fluid. Huge bummer i wanted to get back on the road and now i need to order this part and no one in town has it.

Thanks again to all for the speedy responses! Btw billman the gap i showed on the pic is a little over over done but enough to allow light to be seen

Is your slave bad or was the piston allowed to come out?

Its not 100% bad but its leaking from the piston, resulting in the boot retaining all of the fluid that's slowly working its way through the seal. I'm sure it'll work but I much rather do the job right the first time
